Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the price shown. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your offer, the acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before dispatch. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment
We accept payment by debit card, credit card (via Square Payments), Klarna and Clearpay. All payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Buy Now Pay Later services (Klarna and Clearpay) are provided by third parties and subject to their own terms. Delivery

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our courier partners or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds
Our returns policy is set out in full on our Delivery & Returns page. We offer a 60-day returns policy, which is more generous than the statutory minimum. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and are not affected by our policy.

Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours and dimensions. However, colours may appear slightly different on different screens, and dimensions are approximate. Product images are for illustrative purposes, styling accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
