Delivery and Returns

We want every Nuco order to arrive safely, beautifully packaged and right on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver, and what to do in the unlikely event you'd like to send something back. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, just get in touch, we're always happy to help.


DELIVERY

All UK mainland orders are sent with one of our trusted couriers, DHL, DPD or Royal Mail, and arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. Spend over £100 and your UK mainland delivery is free, applied automatically at checkout.

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland. Please allow a little extra time for these areas as your order has further to travel. We're not able to ship outside the UK at the moment.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details by email so you can follow it right to your door.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your new Nuco pieces. However, if something isn't quite right, you have 60 days from receiving your order to request a return, and we'll make the process as simple as possible.


How to start a return

The quickest way is through your account. Log in using the email address you ordered with, find your order and select 'Request a Return'. We'll review your request and reply with everything you need, including where to send your items. You can also reach us any time through our 'Contact Us' page.


Returning an unwanted item

If you've simply changed your mind, no problem at all, there's just a few important things to know:

1. Return postage for unwanted items is paid by you, the buyer. We recommend a tracked or recorded service, as we can't take responsibility for parcels that go missing on their way back to us.

2. Please take care of your items while they're with you and return them unused, in their original packaging, so they arrive back to us in perfect condition. Many of our pieces are fragile, so we recommend that they are wrapped in the original protective packaging and packed securely so they cannot move around inside the box. The return journey is the responsibility of the customer, and we're unable to refund items that arrive back to us damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked service, and you may also wish to insure your parcel for peace of mind, particularly for fragile or higher value items. 

3. Once your return is approved, please post your items back to us within 7 days so we can process everything quickly for you.


Damaged or faulty items

We check every order carefully before it leaves us, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, we're so sorry. Please request a return through your account or email us at returns@nucohome.com with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. This helps us put things right as quickly as possible. We'll arrange a replacement straight away if the item is in stock, or a full refund if you'd prefer, including your delivery cost. Please don't dispose of any damaged items or packaging until we've advised you to.


Refunds

Once your return arrives back with us, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for it to appear in your account.

 

Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange, we're happy to help with that too. Email us at exchange@nucohome.com with your original order number and the item you'd like instead, and we'll check it's in stock for you. If there's a difference in price, we'll either take the extra payment or refund you the difference, minus any delivery cost for the new item. Just package your original item up securely, ideally in the packaging it arrived in, and send it back to us. You'll need to arrange and cover the return delivery. As soon as it arrives, we'll have your new item on its way to you.
