If you need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order.
We’ll always do our best to help, but as we aim to dispatch orders quickly, we may not be able to make changes once your order has been packed or passed to the courier.
Yes, we offer Nuco Home e-gift cards, which make a lovely option if you’d like someone to choose something special for their own home.
E-gift cards are delivered by email and include instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
Yes, if your order isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items in line with our returns policy.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Please take extra care when repackaging fragile items, as we are only able to process a refund once the item has arrived back with us safely and in a resaleable condition.

Delivery
We deliver across the UK. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer international delivery outside of the UK.

Standard UK mainland delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
You’ll receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details when available. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, bank holidays or seasonal launches.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you notice an error with your delivery address.
We’ll always do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but once your order has been packed or passed to the courier, we may not be able to make any changes.
If an order is sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we may need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before we can arrange the next steps.
We take a lot of care when packing every order, especially fragile items, but if something arrives damaged or less than perfect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging and the outer box. This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We’re a small business and curate our collections carefully, so we don’t hold large quantities of every piece. Where possible, we’ll restock customer favourites, but this depends on supplier availability and whether the piece still feels right for the collection.
If there’s something you love, we’d always recommend ordering while it’s in stock.
Absolutely. We know it can be difficult to choose home accessories online, especially when you’re thinking about size, shape, colour and how everything will sit together.
